Fresh From the Farm!
One of my most delicious veggie recipes is also one of my simplest recipes. Highly addicting! Proceed with caution : )
Ingredients
1 bunch of asparagus
3 tablespoons freshly grated ginger
3 tablespoons soy sauce
You can enjoy this dish either hot or cold.
1. Cook the asparagus in boiling water for about 3-4 minutes until bright green and tender.
2. Mix the fresh ginger with the soy sauce.
3. Plate the asparagus and drizzle with the ginger soy mixture.
Enjoy!
