Judy Cheese and Pickles

This lovely appetizer is something called Judy cheese and pickles. Judy cheese is a mixture of local Portland (OR) cheese with local Portland beer. Full-on local Portland goodness! With some wicked tasty quick pickles and cornichons on the side.

Next project? I think I'll have to try to make some of these quick pickles. They are just too good. Found four awesome quick pickle recipes here at the Herb Companion. They sound eminently delicious...
